Salary: R95,44/hr

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
• Qualified Artisan
• Minimum 3 years’ experience on setting a CNC machine
• Ability to read technical drawings essential
• Ability to communicate, understand, read and write English
• Must be punctual (essential)

DUTIES

Main duties will include, but not be limited to the following operations

• Setting & programming of CNC machines ( Fanuc & Fagor )
• Loading programmes onto the CNC machines
• Operating of CNC machines
• Ensure that machine has been tooled up correctly
• Inspect first off samples
• Spot-checks to be done regularly
• Machine soft jaws
• Assess and verify accurate quantities with operators, Job card vs. Kit issue
• Maintain good housekeeping
